Stability / Balance

Balance is 'static', it is the ability to control the body against gravity without movement and to neutralize all forces that want to disturb the balance. Stability is 'dynamic', it is the ability to control the body during movements and to maintain balance, despite the presence of elements that disturb the balance.

Balance, stability, together with sufficient mobility, are an important condition for optimal and injury-free sports. That is why during the sports examination/analyses we look at your stability, balance and flexibility.
