Biomechanical Research

The first step of our (sport-specific) research is the biomechanical research. In other words we will look at whether you can make the movements that are necessary for your sport / if the flexibility is sufficient. Because your foot never moves alone, but always with the rest of the body, we test not only your foot but also other joints such as knees, pelvis and lower back. In the event of any 'limitations' in mobility, we will look at whether these can be solved through mobilization and/or exercises. These limitations can easily lead to compensation and injuries. The biomechanical research therefore provides valuable information about the origin of (potential) injury and the possible solutions.
